Last measurements before flight...

The following tables represent MTF values at different frequencies for each of the spectral bands.

Full camera measurements after integration (optics + detectors + integration time) are available for B0 (Blue), B2(Red), B3(Near Infrared) and B4(SWIR).

These measurements were done in October 1996 and are the last ones before the flight of the instrument. Compared to the previous ones, they are slightly better, especially for the SWIR band. The following figures show the variation of MTF along the lines as a function of off-nadir angle :

During the commissioning phase, tests will be made using the simultaneous images of the High Resolution Instruments (at least for the common spectral bands : B2, B3 and B4) to detect possible changes.

For each spectral band and frequency, MTF values are given in line direction (X) and column direction (Y) for some off nadir (or off-axis) angles.
